Dear FilmSoc members,
My name is Siena Muller and I am a second-year Ancient Greek & English student. I would like to get involved in the UCL Film & TV Society as the new Marketing Officer.
Online resources have become an increasingly important form of communication, therefore it is particularly valuable to have a good marketing platform for people to access information and share content. As a frequent social media user myself, I think I can contribute to increase the outreach of FilmSoc, working mainly with Instagram and the newsletter. I am particularly interested in photography and photo editing, and I am currently learning how to use Photoshop as well. I am easy to contact and will be responsive with any question from our members or request form the committee.
I also have some ideas about how future FilmSoc posts could look like, but I am also open to suggestions. I am keen on working mainly with the original images and film frames, rather than modifying them excessively or adding too much text. As shown in the example below, my taste is rather classic and I have chosen a simple but clear design.
