Experience in films is not essential, although of course it is worth mentioning if you have it.

ABOUT THE SCRIPT:
Human Resources, written by Sophiya Sian, is a surreal, satirical film that follows The Intern who asks one too many questions to The Lady about The Head Office. The script explores the unfortunate and absurd fate of someone who questions a system too strange to be good. Human Resources imagines an alternative world, gently mocking and forcing the viewer to reevaluate the way the system works, and how to change it. A story of belief, regret, and all the absurdities of the professional world, Human Resources comically explores the complexities of the human experience.
