The Term 2 documentary is now looking for a researcher! If you’ve got an idea or topic that you’d like to research/explore further and think it would work well within a short documentary format, now’s the time to submit your bids.
The researcher’s role is to, well, research material that will be covered in the documentary. You’ll be providing the relevant background information, sources, content etc. – anything that would be useful in creating a cohesive argument/narrative.
I will be reaching out to a few applicants for interviews. Researchers will then be selected based on creativity/originality as well as the project’s feasibility within our time and budget constraints (meaning it will have to be doable on a two day shooting schedule). Depending on the researcher’s involvement as well as past experience, there may also be an opportunity for the researcher to direct as well.
DEADLINE: Sunday, 29 Jan 2023 at 11:59pm.
