Hey everyone!
Sign up now for the Fortnight Documentary Challenge, taking place 28 Jan - 11 Feb, when we will screen all of the entries and choose a winner!
You will research, shoot and edit the film in two weeks in small groups with limited equipment and time. There is NO prior filmmaking experience needed at all - this will be a fun challenge that will help you get to know other keen filmmakers and collaborate on a project together!
Please fill out your name, contact details and if you have any equipment on this google form: the deadline for signing up is Wednesday 26th January, 11:59pm.

Groups will be assigned, and you will be told your groups on Friday 28th January at 17:00.
The challenge takes place over a fortnight, and so gives you enough time to research and shoot the film, allowing you to submit your films by 5 pm on Friday 11th. The documentaries should be no longer than 10 minutes each, and even with few resources, you can still make a quality film! Again, no filmmaking experience is required, but please let us know if you have any equipment already so that we can equally distribute equipment if needed! Prizes will be given for the audience and jury vote!
Following the completion of the films, we will be hosting a screening of them on campus at 6 pm on Friday 11th February. At the screening, we’ll announce both the judges’ and audience choices for the winning film. The screening will be followed by a social party!
You must be a production member to apply.
Please email [tomi.haffety.19@ucl.ac.uk](mailto:tomi.haffety.19@ucl.ac.uk) if you have any questions! We look forward to seeing how these documentaries turn out and hope you have fun while making them!
