We are very excited to be hosting Paul Dean and Adrian Bull of Cinelab London at 6pm on Wednesday 10th of March!
Cinelab London are a world-leading film processing laboratory who have worked on numerous feature films including Wonder Woman 1984 (shot at UCL!), Murder On the Orient Express, and the forthcoming Bond film No Time To Die!
Cinelab believe that it is very important that the next generation of filmmakers learn about celluloid and how to use it so that this unique medium can be preserved for the future! We will be talking about all things celluloid, so whether you’re interested in shooting film yourself or just want to find out more about the process, this is set to be a fascinating event for all!
Pssss! Film Soc recently acquired a restored 16mm Arriflex camera - the very one Christopher Nolan used to shoot his debut feature Following! This workshop will be a must-watch for anyone who’s dreaming up an idea for a 16mm short!
Be sure to send any questions you have concerning shooting film to our social media or type them below and we’ll pose them to Adrian and Paul!
We can’t wait to see you there!
