In UCL's Festival of the Moving Image we will be offering all university-age filmmakers an opportunity to showcase their work. Introducing the theme of FOMI 2021: UNPRECEDENTED.

Films must:
- Be the finished cut; they cannot be works in progress
- Have been created by students currently studying at university
- Be a maximum of fifteen minutes in length
- Have a minimum resolution of 1080p
